General Members
By attending regular meetings, engaging in loan presentations, and participating in fundraisers, members contribute directly to our mission of promoting financial inclusion. This role is ideal for students interested in learning more about microfinance, supporting global entrepreneurs, and working alongside a community committed to economic empowerment.

Leadership Board
The IMFG Leadership Board consists of committed members who guide operations, initiatives, and strategic direction. Board members lead meetings, oversee fundraising and outreach efforts, and provide mentorship to Fellows and General Members. Serving on the Leadership Board offers a valuable opportunity to develop leadership, project management, and communication skills while advancing IMFG’s mission of promoting financial inclusion through microfinance.

Fellow Program
The IMFG Fellow Program is an opportunity open to two dedicated 9th and 10th grade students each year. Fellows work closely alongside the Leadership Board to gain hands-on experience in organizing events, leading loan presentations, and supporting fundraising campaigns. Through this role, students strengthen their communication, collaboration, and advocacy skills while contributing meaningfully to our mission.
Internship Program
Each school year, the National High School Microfinance Coalition offers a competitive internship program for high school students passionate about microfinance and economic development. Interns have the opportunity to conduct in-depth research projects on various microfinance topics, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the field.
