Founder/President
Ellie Rosenwald
Ellie is a Senior and IB Diploma Candidate at Gulliver Preparatory School. This summer, she attended Wharton Global Youth’s Leadership in the Business World program, analyzing corporate competitive strategies and delivering case study analyses. Deeply committed to female empowerment, Ellie conducted and presented research on gender disparities in finance at Brown University’s Leadership Institute. She also serves as Vice President of the National High School Microfinance Coalition, overseeing and expanding microfinance organizations nationwide. In her free time, Ellie enjoys songwriting, taking her dog for walks, and exploring local coffee shops.

As Founder and President of IMFG, Ellie works to expand the organization’s impact both within her local community and beyond. Leading and collaborating on fundraisers and events, she promotes economic empowerment and gender equity, while unifying students toward shared goals.

Vice President
Salome Tarac
Salomé is a Senior and an IB Diploma candidate at Gulliver Preparatory School. This summer, she interned at the Safra Bank in Switzerland. While there, she gained experience in various areas of finance, including asset management, treasury, financial risk, and financial engineering. Passionate about female empowerment, she is currently writing her Extended Essay (an in-depth research paper) on the evolution of feminism in France, tracing its development from universal feminism to intersectional feminism. In her free tine, Salomé enjoys baking for her friends and family.
As Vice President, Salomé supports the President, occasionally leads meetings, and assists with organizing fundraising efforts.

Chief Financial Officer
Sydney Wider
Sydney is a Junior and IB Diploma Candidate at Gulliver Preparatory School. This summer, she attended the USC School of Cinematic Arts Summer Program as part of Warner Bros. filmmaking course. A passionate and award-winning photographer, Sydney also serves as President of both Dish Out Kindness--a club she co-founded--and the Red Cross Club. Her hobbies include musical theater, photography, and film.
As Chief Financial Officer, Sydney manages IMFG’s finances and contributes to strategic decision-making. She researches borrower delinquency and default rates to ensure the organization maintains a strong repayment record and financial sustainability.

Chief Marketing Officer & President-In-Training
Emma Harari
Emma is a sophomore and AP student at Gulliver Preparatory School with a strong interest in marketing, branding, and creative strategy. She has gained hands-on business experience through internships with Idea Financial and Anatomie Fashion, where she helped develop social content that reached thousands. Emma has further honed her skills through pre-college programs at New York University and Northwestern University, and she looks forward to deepening them through her involvement with IMFG. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys sewing, playing the violin, and exploring digital storytelling through photography and design.
As Chief Marketing Officer, Emma leads IMFG’s outreach efforts, promoting fundraisers and events to grow the organization’s impact. In her role as President-in-Training, she collaborates with the current President to gain firsthand leadership experience, assist in strategic planning, and help guide the club’s long-term vision, ensuring a smooth and effective leadership transition.

Chief Strategy & Recruitment Officer
Laila Hinton
Laila is a Senior and IB Diploma Candidate at Gulliver Preparatory School. This summer, she attended Stanford University Tech-X Mental Health & Technology Immersion Program. There, Laila studied the intersection of technology and mental health, focusing on the rise of AI. Additionally, she attended Stanford University CNI-X Program: Clinical Neuroscience Immersion. Deeply passionate about the brain and psychological disorders, she has conducted research and created app designs addressing autism spectrum disorders, mental health, and education at Stanford University. In her free time, Laila enjoys reading, listening to music, and making podcasts.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Laila works to engage local and global communities in supporting IMFG’s mission. She develops strategic plans and initiatives that advance IMFG’s goals and promotes student involvement.

Advisor
Jessica Sohl
Jessica Sohl is an accomplished legal and financial professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and litigation. She previously served as President and Partner at HC Technologies, a principal trading firm, and held legal and regulatory roles at Jump Trading and the Illinois Office of the Comptroller. Ms. Sohl has also contributed her expertise to national financial policy, serving on the CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Committee and as Vice-Chair of the New York Fed’s Foreign Exchange Committee. She currently chairs the Board of the Chicago Foundation for Women, supporting initiatives that advance gender equity and economic security. At Impact Microfinance Global, Jessica serves as Advisor, offering strategic guidance and mentorship to empower the next generation of leaders committed to economic justice and financial inclusion.
